Project Commissions
-Projects can include, but are not limited to: Multiple background pieces, Comic strips/panels, Extended sequences, and Visual Novel Asset Packs
-Depending on project length, we offer a Project fee that ranges from $80-$150 Dollars
-The project fee is an upfront cost that in turn cuts the price of full color assets to flat color prices, and flat colors to line art prices.
-You can choose to waive this fee and pay the standard amount of the commissions if you choose.
-Ask for an estimate for any project with your projected amount of assets to ensure that we can price it as fairly as possible

(Last updated 10/31/2024)The following section will be printed plainly to reduce chance of miscommunication- Payment will ONLY be accepted through Paypal, and only through the invoicing system- Cashapp can be used as an alternative method ONLY if you are a trusted source, we can deny as much for any reason at any time-Please have an idea of what you would like for your piece before approaching us for work. It severely impacts our workflow to wait on clients like this. Ignoring this rule will have your work deprioritized immediately. Continual dismissal of this will result in either a dismissal of service, or a fee equal to the excessive edit fee noted below- We will request payment at the time that the sketch is presented and approved by you- If the piece is a sketch or a lineart piece, payment is requested upfront instead- We ask that ALL references be presented before we begin work(†). this includes, but is not limited to: Size references, clothing, poses, expressions, and color palletes.- Excessive (Typically totaling to more than 3, exceptions granted on a case by case basis) edits will incur a $5 additional cost per edit. († Edits caused from lack of clarity from withheld information, references, or a request to alter an element of the commission that was present in a previously approved sketch will IMMEDIATELY incur the $5 additional cost.)- we have and reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE.- we will not draw hateful imagery, zoo content, anything nsfw involving minors (THIS INCLUDES FETISHES INFLATION/WG/VORE), non-consensual, or incestuous imagery of any kind- you may request to be kept anonymous when we post our pieces online- rights to works you commission are limited to private usage only, including cases such as posting online with credit, usage as online profile pictures or banners, personal prints and other similar applications. They are NOT authorized for usage in commercial works, production of memorabilia and similar products, or unauthorized reposting on social media sites without proper credit.- works created under project commissions are partially exempt from the previous terms, with credit being necessary for production and distribution, as well as royalties being paid, if a royalty amount was agreed upon during project discussion. Projects can ONLY be distributed as a paid product if this intent is presented to us before a project has begun, or if you agree to a requoting of our service prices.- we retain the right to post any work we create in portfolios. If you wish for a piece to not be posted publicly, let us know- I will NOT be okay with discord calls to discuss the commission unless we know you personally, or I ask first in regards to a character design commission.- Agreeing to our services and placing a commission order means that you have read our terms and services, and that you understand your rights as a customer, and ours as a service provider.
